KMG subsidiary KazMunayGas-Aero LLP has commenced providing aircraft refuelling services to the state airline of the Kyrgyz Republic, Asman Airlines, at Almaty International Airport. As part of the cooperation, KMG-Aero supplies aviation fuel for Asman Airlines’ regular flights on the Tamchy – Almaty – Tamchy route, operated twice a week, on Mondays and Fridays.
The development of the route network and the creation of favourable conditions for international air carriers are in line with the instructions of the Head of State aimed at strengthening the country’s transport and logistics potential, as well as the objectives set by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan. KMG-Aero is consistently expanding the geography of its cooperation, providing its partners with high-quality and reliable aviation fuel services.
Currently, the parties are discussing further strengthening of the partnership, including the possibility of launching new Asman Airlines routes to other airports in Kazakhstan. The implementation of these plans will contribute to increasing bilateral air connectivity, improving the region’s transport connectivity and expanding the international route network.
For reference: Asman Airlines is the state airline of the Kyrgyz Republic, established in 2024 (a 100% subsidiary of OJSC Airports of Kyrgyzstan). The carrier operates Dash Q400 turboprop aircraft (a family of Canadian passenger aircraft) with a capacity of up to 80 passengers. Its route network covers key cities in Kyrgyzstan, as well as international destinations, including Almaty (Kazakhstan) and Khujand (Tajikistan).
