In Astana on the eve of Defender of the Fatherland Day opened a new air base of the National Guard. The opening ceremony was personally attended by the Head of State. Employees of the Unified Operator Service of KazMunaiGas-Aero LLP, as strategic partners, were among the first to visit the base and congratulate the servicemen of the National Guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the coming holiday.
The new air base of the National Guard has all the necessary infrastructure, including the provision of fuel and lubricants, as well as air transportation, both for service here and in case of need to transfer personnel, cargo and flight equipment to any point of our country and beyond. It is worth noting that the location of the airbase near Astana airport will allow for timely delivery of personnel and equipment, as well as provide air support to the National Guard units for aerial reconnaissance and evacuation of victims.
KazMunaiGas-Aero LLP has been the Single Operator for the supply of petroleum products to the Armed Forces and special state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan since December 2014 (in accordance with the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan №1304 dated 12.12.2014). Within the framework of work, in terms of supply of oil products under the projects of the Single Operator, KazMunaiGas-Aero LLP provided assistance in the organization of a complex interagency strategic command and staff exercise “Batyl Toytarys – 2022”, anti-terrorist exercise of the competent authorities of the CIS member states “Caspian-Antiterror-2021” and other events.
