The main objectives of corporate management of “KazMunaiGas-Aero” LLP are to ensure extensive transparency in the Partnership management and to prove continued commitment of the Partnership to follow the standards of good corporate governance.
In particular, the Partnership is managed at the appropriate level of responsibility, accountability and efficiency to maximize the value of the Partnership and other benefits for a Single participant.
The Partnership considers corporate governance as a means of improving the effectiveness of the company’s activities, strengthening its reputation and reducing the cost of capital mobilization.
