Education:

Graduated from the Kazakh State Academy of Management with a degree in Finance and Credit, Economist, Kazakh National Technical University named after K. Satpayev with a degree in Oil and Gas Fields Development, mining oil engineer.
In 2013, he received an MBA degree from the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation (Moscow, Russia).

Work experience:
He began his career in 2000 as a dispatcher of the oil and petroleum products transportation Department of JSC "SNPS Aktobemunaygas". From 2000 to 2003, he worked at this enterprise to become an oil sales engineer.
In 2003 – 2006, he worked as a leading specialist in the Oil Transportation and Marketing Department of Kazakhoil Aktobe LLP.
In 2006 - 2011 he worked in senior positions in international trading companies – "Buzachi Operating Ltd", CJSC "Nazymskaya NGRE".
In 2007-2017, he worked as the head of the Logistics Department of Zhaikmunai LLP.
In 2017-2022, he worked as the head of trading and business development in an international group of companies - Exmor Group DMCC, Supreme Petroleum Trading Pte Ltd.
Since 2022 - General Director of KazMunayGas – Aero LLP.

In 2005-2022, he worked in the system of JSC NC "KazMunayGas" from the position of manager to head of the Marketing and Petroleum Products Department.
Since 2022 – Deputy General Director for Operational Issues of KazMunayGas – Aero LLP.

Work experience:
He began his career in 1999 as a lecturer at the Department of Economics and Management of the O. Baikonurov Zhezkazgan University.
In 2008-2023, he worked in the system of JSC "Samruk Kazyna" and JSC NC "KazMunayGas" from the position of leading economist to the head of the head of the Business Planning Department.
Since 2023 – Financial Director of KazMunayGas – Aero LLP.

Education:
Mr. Akhmoldin holds a degree in Standardization, Certification, and Metrology from the Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz.
He also earned a degree in Oil and Gas Field Development from S. Utebayev Atyrau University Oil and Gas.
He continued his academic journey at the National Research Tomsk Polytechnic University (Tomsk, Russian Federation), where he obtained a Master’s degree in Standardization and Metrology.

Work experience:
Mr. Akhmoldin began his professional career in 2015 as a Manager at Bagrain LLP.
From 2017 to 2024, he held various positions at the Subsoil Use Department of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, advancing from Expert to Deputy Director of the Department.
In 2024–2025, he served as a Business Partner at the Department of Control, Organizational Work, and External Relations of KazMunayGas National Company JSC.
Since June 2025, he has held the position of Deputy General Director for Corporate Governance and Government Relations at KazMunayGas – Aero LLP.
