Aigerim Abdikananovna graduated from Narxoz University with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Auditing. She then continued her studies in the United Kingdom under the Bolashak scholarship program, earning a master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, and Management from the University of Bristol.
She began her professional career at international consulting firms such as PwC and KPMG, where she gained solid experience in taxation, financial accounting, and client support.
Since 2021, Aigerim Karshal has been building her career within the KMG system — at KazMunayGas-Aero LLP. Starting as a manager, she has progressed to Head of the Marketing Department. Today, she oversees key processes related to aviation fuel sales, commercial program development, pricing analysis, and relationship management with domestic and international partners.
Aigerim is recognized for her strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, with a systematic approach to business processes. She continuously invests in her professional development by attending courses and seminars — including recent training in SQL on the Udemy platform and participation in the Oil and Jet Fuel Trading program by Confidence Information Services.
