One of the key employees when KazMunaiGas-Aero LLP carries out its activities as an aviation fuel operator is the function of representatives – storekeepers. Representatives – storekeepers of KazMunayGas-Aero LLP undergo appropriate training to obtain special permits for work at hazardous infrastructure facilities and knowledge of standards, rules and methods of calculations when working with petroleum products.
“We work at infrastructure facilities in all weather conditions and in compliance with safety regulations. We ensure acceptance of tank cars with petroleum products at storage warehouses, which includes execution of documents at the railroad station, recording of quantity, density and temperature of the product during measurements from the car, participation in the initial check of product purity by tank farm laboratorians, coordination of acceptance certificates, taking and sending samples to an accredited laboratory to obtain a complete analysis during acceptance and discharge into the tank of each batch of incoming petroleum products. In the airports of our country, we conduct daily control of the document flow related to the realization of aviation fuel by refueling aircrafts of contractors “in the wing”. We ensure the functioning of equipment in the provision of aircraft refueling services in coordinated interaction with the structural units of the airport” – says Meirambek Ermagambetov.
“In addition, we provide and control the process of filling the warehouse and removal of oil products by tank trucks, which includes determining the quantity, density and temperature of the filled product, registration of delivery notes, regulation of the amount of oil products moved or sold to the contractors, including the armed forces and special state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, by nomenclature according to contracts and applications for their uninterrupted operation and timely fulfillment of their tasks. In addition, in the course of work we interact with both laboratories at oil depots and independent laboratories to confirm the quality of petroleum products” – adds Askar Alimbayev.
