A native of the Karaganda Region, Asylkhan Tursynbekovich graduated from the Law Faculty of L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University with a degree in law. He began his career in government agencies, and since 2006, has been actively developing his career within the KMG system.
Currently, he works as the Lead Expert in the Human Resources and Administrative Affairs Department at KazMunayGas-Aero LLP. In this position, Asylkhan Tursynbekovich is responsible for a wide range of tasks — from organizing working conditions and logistics, to supporting administrative operations and maintaining the company’s corporate culture.
Previously, he held key administrative positions at organizations such as KazTransOil JSC and KazMunayGas – Refining and Marketing JSC, where he established himself as an effective organizer, manager, and a dedicated professional.
Throughout his career, Asylkhan Dobenov has completed numerous professional development courses, including training at KBTU and participation in specialized seminars related to the oil and gas sector and business process automation.
His approach to work is distinguished by a systematic mindset, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to establish efficient processes across various business support functions.
