A ceremonial closing event of the “Year of Working Professions” was held at JSC NC KazMunayGas. The event was dedicated to summarizing the results of initiatives aimed at enhancing the prestige of blue-collar professions and developing the company’s human resources potential.
As part of the ceremony, 58 outstanding employees of KMG’s subsidiaries and affiliated organizations were honored for their significant contribution to production activities and their high level of professionalism.
Special recognition was given to aviation fuel technician of KazMunayGas–Aero LLP at Aktobe Airport, Amirbek Mukhambetov. His award highlighted the important role of skilled workers in ensuring the stable and safe operation of production processes.
The outcomes of the Year of Working Professions reaffirmed KMG’s commitment to developing human capital, improving employee qualifications, and enhancing working conditions across the company’s subsidiaries and affiliated organizations.
