On October 14, around 300 employees of JSC NC KazMunayGas and subsidiaries participated in the corporate environmental campaign to plant trees in the capital. They supported the initiative of the President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to plant 2 billion trees over five years.
Seedlings of linden, birch, Siberian and European spruce, as well as pine were planted along the Sauran Street and on the territory of the school-lyceum No. 76 named after A. Bokeikhan on Turkestan Street. We hope thatafter many years, these seedlings will delight citizens and guests of the capital with their coniferous and linden aroma.
KMG intends to turn this initiative into a good tradition.
